  • Instruction for use:

    Add 15L (4 US Gal) of lukewarm (25°C, 77°F) water to your fermenter, then add sugar (see table) and mix well. Top up with water to 25L (6.6 US Gal) total adjusting temperature of liquid (see table). For fermentation time and alcohol, see table. Add contents of this sachet and mix.

    Note: To reach 21% alcohol you must keep liquid temperature constant between 18-24°C (64-75°F) which can not be done without cooling equipment. 

    The optimal fermentation temperature depends on the amount of sugar used.

    6 kg of sugar in 2 days gives 14% at 20-35°C

    7 kg of sugar in 3 days gives 17% at 20-30°C

    8 kg of sugar in 5 days gives 20% at 20-27°C

    9 kg of sugar in 7-10 days gives 21% at 18-24°C

    Note: The process is turbulent.

    Composition: yeast, nutrient solution, vitamins and trace elements.

    Store in a dry, cool place out of the reach of children.

    To obtain 21% alcohol, it IS NECESSARY to cool the liquid to maintain a temperature of 18-24°C.
