Preparation of yeast vaccine
Mix the contents of the packet in boiled, cooled water. Leave for 20 minutes and then pour into fermentative vessel.
Preparation of brew:
Melt 6 kg of sugar in 7 L of boiled hot water. Cool it and pour into demijohn and add 20 L of lukewarm water.
Add yeast vaccine & mixtures nutrients: with vitamin B1 and Kombi Vita for better result.
Ferment in 22-26°C for 14 days.
