Meat netting that will perform superbly while roasting, smoking, or pickling.
Length: 5m. The netting is intended in particular for preparation of hams, gammons, and other meats - according to preference. Specially selected materials allow for heat processing of meats at up to 220°C without altering their aroma or taste.
The product is elastic and durable, which makes it easily applicable to the meats in preparation. The netting is suitable for manual stuffing of meat 18 cm in volume and up to 15 kg in weight.
