    Specially selected punch discs in three sizes allow the production all types of sausages – from Frankfurters, to white sausages, traditional sausages up Krakow sausages and salami. The machine is also useful in fruit preparation or for baking cakes (e.g. cheesecakes or poppy cakes). The set also features three funnels with different diameters, which make the filling of the sausage casings easier during the production of home-made sausages.

    Indispensable in home production of processed meat This machine has been made of high quality cast iron
    – it will be excellent for preparing homemade sausages, processed meat, and offal products, the flavour of
    which will delight your close ones!
    It has been fitted with three independent mesh plates, withe mesh size of 3 mm, 5 mm, and 8 mm, as well as
    with a meat dicer.
    Pulleys in two sizes will enable installing a motor for quicker and easier grinding.
    The device also has the function of a stuffer, which will be excellent for filling all kinds of casings with the
    stuffing prepared. The machine enables making products that require casings with diameter of 15 mm or
    more. These can be e.g. mutton, pork, or beef casings, polyamide casings, protein casings, etc.
    The set includes funnels with diameters of 15, 20 and 23 mm.
    The feet of the machine feature holes that enable fixing the device body to a board or worktop with bolts (not
    included in the set). This improves device stability, especially after it is fitted with an electric motor and
    connected to the power supply.

    How to use:
    Prior to using the device for the first time it is recommended to wash it thoroughly using appropriate detergents
    and dry all the elements of the machine.
    1. Place the body (7) on a stable, flat surface, making sure that the plastic tightening sleeve (8) is installed
    inside the body.
    2. Insert the three-part bearing (5) on the thicker side of the screw (4) axis, and then slide the whole setup
    into the machine body.
    3. Install the cutting blade (3) onto the front axis of the screw (4) in such a way that its cutting edges are
    directed outwards.
    4. Install the mesh plate (2) of choice on the cutting blade in such a way that its cutout fits the protrusion on
    the body.
    5. Tighten everything with the ring (1).
    6. Install the wedge (6) in the opening in the rear part of the screw (4) axis.
    7. Install the pulley (9) on the ending with the wedge (6) installed, tightening it with the bolt with washer (11).
    8. In case of a manual drive for the pulley (9), install the wooden handle (10). Make sure that the handle is in
    a position that allows freedom of spinning.
    When using a drive employing an electric motor, the wooden handle (10) is not installed. If you choose to
    use a drive employing an electric motor, it is necessary to buy a V-belt (not included in the set) and use the
    extra pulley (14) included in the set.
    If the device is installed as a stuffer:
    1. Place the body (7) on a stable surface (e.g. worktop), making sure that the plastic tightening sleeve (8) is
    installed inside the body.
    2. Insert the three-part bearing (5) on the thicker side of the screw (4) axis, and then slide the whole setup
    into the machine body.
    3. Install the meat dicer on the front axis of the screw (4).
    4. Push the funnel (13) selected into the adapter (14) so that it is immobilised.
    5. Mount the adapter with funnel on the body (7), tightening it with the ring (1).
    6. Before installing an intestine or another casing, grease the funnel and fill it full of stuffing. Thanks to that,
    you will avoid filling it with air and facilitated pulling the casing onto the funnel.
    7. Pull the intestines or casings - prepared according to the user manual - onto the funnel and begin the
    stuffing process.


    NOTE! Some elements - i.e.: mesh plates, cutting blade - are made of carburised steel.
    Cleaning and maintenance
    Improper maintenance of the device may lead to damage thereof:
    * After using the whole device and accessories, always remember to wash them thoroughly, dry them, and
    grease them with edible oil to protect them against rusting.
    * The devices and its accessories must not be washed in a dishwasher, as it may lead to appearance of rust
    stains.
    * Once rust appears on the product or accessories, it can be removed, but such locations will be exposed to
    its recurrent appearance. Thus, it is paramount to prevent corrosion.
    REMOVAL OF RUST USING HOME METHODS:


    1. REMOVAL OF RUST WITH LEMON JUICE
    Slice a lemon in half and rub the rusted spot with it. If the amount of rust is small, it can be removed by
    scouring. If a large surface is rusted, leave the lemon in contact with the spot corroded for 30 minutes.

    2. REMOVAL OF RUST WITH VINEGAR
    Rust can also be removed by soaking a given element in white wine vinegar (apple vinegar may leave stains)
    for 30 minutes. Afterwards, it is necessary to use a rough sponge in order to remove the rust.
