    This meat netting will be of use in any kitchen when preparing homemade processed meat - ham, daisy ham, loin, and ground meat. You can use it for roasted, smoked, cured, scaled, cooked, and maturing products! In view of its dense and compact structure, the netting will be perfect for preparing hams (we recommend cutting 1 kg of ham into two portions of 0.5 kg each!). Thanks to the netting hugging the ham tightly, the meat is compact and extremely juicy after roasting! This product will also be useful for preparing maturing smoked products and cheese! The netting, made of high quality materials, features a certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene and allows thermal processing up to 220°C without altering the aroma and flavour of its contents. You can use this netting to prepare meat with section of up to 12.5 cm and weight of up to 1.5 kg.
