  • Protein casing for steaming or smoking - also for cold smoking. 
    It enables you to prepare delicious gammon like "Żywiecka " or " Krakowska ".
    Parametres:
    Thermal endurance 100°C
    Packet includes 4 mb (±5%)
    Diameter: 55mm
    Colour: Camel or Clear 
    Usage: Before use soak the casing in 20C, 10-15%solution of salt (half of glass to 1 litre of water) for approx. 15 minutes. 
    Brewing in maximum temperature of 75C, smoking in 90C, processing with cold smoke max. 40C.
    Has PZH atest.
