  • Natural pork casing in 28/30mm calibration. Preference of the calibate of bowels depends on kind and species of sausage. Conserve with salt.
    Our bowels suits perfectly for polish sausage. Sausage like: "Śląska", "Rzeszowska", Finnish sausage "Grilli", German "Bratwurst", French "Boudin blanc" and "Saucisse Montbeliard", "Boerewors" from Northern Africa or BBQ sausage are made of these bowels.
    Before opening - storage in temperature of environment, in dry place.
    After opening storage in temperature 0-14C. 
    Method of usage
    Bowels before usage should be soaked about 20 minutes in water with about 30C temperature.
