Recipe to make 25 liters of grain mash
Sprinkle on surface of your room tempered grain mash, then wait 15 minutes before mixing into mash. Fermentation up to 12% alcohol by volume in 3-6 days depending on raw material and temperature.
Ready in approximately 3-5 days.
A selected single strain of distillers dry yeast mixed with amyloglucosidase.
