  • Black Bull Turbo Yeast is a temperature tolerant turbo yeast that is suited for mash, fruit Schnapps and alco base. Will ferment 6 kg sugar to 15% alcohol and 8 kg sugar to 18% alcohol in 25 Liters total volume.


    1. Dissolve 6-8 kg of sugar into 6 liters of hot or boiling water. Make sure the sugar has completely dissolved before continuing.
    2. Top up to final 25 L volume with cold water, continue to stir until the liquid is mixed.
    3. Make sure the liquid temperature is below 39 C, then add the Black Bull Turbo Yeast.
    4. Stir until no yeast particles are visible.
    5. Allow to ferment at 20-28 C (68-82F) air temperature for 3-5 days (or 7-10 days for 8 kg sugar) until fementation stops.


    Active dried Yeast, nutrient, vitamins and trace minerals.
