  • Instructions - 14% alcohol in 34 hours

    Add 15 liters of water (35 °) to the fermenter. Then 6 kg of sugar or 6.6 kg of glucose. Mix until the sugar dissolves. We add water to obtain 25 l of setting and temperature in the range of 25-30 °. Add the contents of the sachet and stir. Cover the fermenter loosely without placing the fermentation tube. Leave to ferment at 18-25 °. Fermentation will end within about 34 hours.

    Instructions - 20% alcohol in 4 days

    Add 15 liters of water (35 °) to the fermenter. Then 8 kg of sugar or 8.8 kg of glucose. Mix until the sugar dissolves. We add water to obtain 25 l of setting and temperature in the range of 25-30 °. Add the contents of the sachet and stir. Cover the fermenter loosely without placing the fermentation tube. Leave to ferment at 20-25 °. Fermentation will end after about 4 days.

    Instructions - 21% alcohol in 6 days

    Add 15 liters of water (35 °) to the fermenter. Then 9 kg of sugar or 9.9 kg of glucose. Mix until the sugar dissolves. Top up with water to obtain 25 l of setting and the temperature as close as 24 °. Add the contents of the sachet and stir. Cover the fermenter loosely without placing the fermentation tube. Leave to ferment at 18-23 °. The temperature can not exceed 26 °. Fermentation will end after about 6 days.
