The House of Beaverdale only uses pure grape juice and this is why the finished wine will improve with keeping. However, if you are able to lay down a few bottle from each batch you’ll be amazed at the improvement that the maturing process has on your wine. Like all good wines your House of Beaverdale comes with that extra guarantee of quality.
Chardonnay: The famous white Burgundy and Chablis grape makes a rich and well- balanced wine with a wonderful body and finesse, less aromatic when young, but maturing to a rich and sometimes buttery or musky smell and flavour .
