Noble winemaking yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae - guarantee quick fermentation up to 17% alcohol content and a perfect wine buquet.
Culture medium - contains diammonium hydrogen phosphate and vitamin B1. DAP is a precious source of nitrogen and phosphorous for winemaking yeast, while vitamin B1 acts as an effective fermentation activator, influencing at the same time the taste and flavor of wine.
The set is sufficient to prepare 25-50 l cuvée.
