Winefine Harris Turbo Klar
Express 2-stage wine fining to treat up to 25 litres of wine. Very fast acting and simple to apply.
Once fermentation has completely finished and the wine has been stabilised, degas the wine by stirring vigorously until there are no more bubbles on the surface. Then add Stage 1 fining, stir gently for approx. 10 seconds and leave to stand for 1 hour. After 1 hour, add Stage 2 finings, then stir gently for approx. 10 seconds before leaving it to clear in a cool place (15oC – 59oF).
The sachet can be stored at room temperature (5-30C), no need to refrigerate. Ready-mixed. Just add to the wine. Long shelf life.
1) Once fermentation has completely finished, degas thoroughly and add Stage 1, then stir gently for approx. 10 seconds and leave to stand for 1 hour.
2) After 1 hour add Stage 2, and stir very gently for no more than 10 seconds before leaving to stand for 24 hours in a cool place for best results (15C - 59F).
