Nutrients - Universal nutrients for wine yeast, suitable for the fermentation of any type of wine. 10g package for about 200-250L of wine. Add nutrients to the mash together with the yeast.
A culture medium is a mineral product and contains nitrogen and phosphorus, which are essential for the development of winemaking yeast. The medium guarantees correct fermentation and high attenuation. A culture medium should be used in the production of all wine types: fruit, grape, grain wine.
DOSAGE: Apply in a proportion of 1g of culture medium per 2-2.5 liters of wine batch.
USE: Dissolve a 10g portion of the culture medium in 50-100 ml of water. Add to 20-25 liters of wine batch and mix.
